In response to your letter of the 2nd inst., relatives to the claim of Amos Pixler, for reimbursement in the case of Peter Pixler, Inv. Cert. 698.990, you are advised that the final settlement of the claim awaits a report from the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners at Kobart, Oklahoma, called for Oct. 8 1917.

To aid in adjudicating a claim for reimbursement in the case of Peter Pixler, Inv. Cert. 698,990, who died July 29, 1917, at Roosevelt, Oklahoma, you are requested to furnish under cover of enclosed penalty envelope, a report showing whether an allowance has been or will be made from county funds toward the burial expenses of the late pensioner, and if so, the amount and to whom it has been or will be paid.
The enclosed envelope for your reply requires no postage.
